We've got one. The balance and yoga activities are really great, and surprisingly difficult (at least for this fat, middle-aged body!). The aerobic exercises are not my cup of tea (hula hoop is ok), and the running (in-place, naturally) is pretty hard on the Achilles' tendon. I'm also not that excited about the strength training, but it's still helpful.
Overall, I think it's definitely worth the money, but probably not a *complete* exercise solution.
