Either the kill Bill scene, where Uma Thurmans character kills hundreds of suit & and tie, supposed ninjas at the same time.

OR
When Johnny Utah(Keanu Reeves) jumps out of the plane without a parachute in "Point Break." There's no way he would have been able to horizontally position himself in catching-up with the dude.

It is also one of the best action scenes ever (at least it was at the time).
It should be noted that a brazilian helicopter pilot actually flew his helo through a pretty narrow tunnel, although at very slow speed.

But specifically the scene in the end where Jamie Lee Curtis is in the limo with the terrorists on the bridge between Florida and the Keys and the driver gets shot (i think) so the limo goes out of control. But the bridge had been collapsed for some reason.
So Arnold Swarzenegger comes by in a helicopter and picks her up from the sunroof of the limo.
Absolutely ridiculous!

The video's just the trailer but it'll give you an idea of how ridiculous the movie is!

Contest #6: What is the most unrealistic action sequence in a movie ever, and why?
Hello,
On the MahaloVideoGames YouTube channel, we have weekly contests where we give away free video games. You can see our channel here:
http://www.youtube.com/mahalovideogames
Here's this week's contest:
What is the most unrealistic action sequence in a movie ever, and why?
List the movie, what specific section(s) if any, and describe what makes it so unbelievably unrealistic.
That's pretty much it. Physics degree not required. All it takes is describing why the movie sequence you chose is so unrealistic.
And as always, the person with the best answer will win one free video game from our personal stash!

Can't get more unrealistic than this... (and I don't think I need to explain why.)

When this movie came out I saw it at the drive-in with my family. This fight scene went on FOREVER. I got up, walked all the way to the restrooms and when I came back it was STILL going on!

The "helicopter tethered to a HighSpeed Train inside the English Channel Tunnel" scene in the first (new) Mission Impossible movie is pretty unrealistic. It is also one of the best action scenes ever (at least it was at the time).
It should be noted that a brazilian helicopter pilot actually flew his helo through a pretty narrow tunnel, although at very slow speed.

The one that comes to mind of Shoot 'Em Up, the 2007 movie starring Clive Owen. Here's why:- He shoots through the moon roof and jump right into the driver's seat;
- He gets T-boned, the car rolls several times, then still drives off.
- He hits the van head on and flies through his windshield, then through the vans windshield and shoots everyone in the van.
