I bought an opened box wireless guitar and cant figure out how to use guitar with the game Rock Band, it does not work.

when i turn on guitar it comes on buy the controlls dont seem to work and guitar does not seem to be accepted by my x box 360

First, make sure your controller has batteries in it.
Second, turn on your 360 and your guitar.
Third, find the sync buttons on your 360 (it's the small round button on the front) and the guitar (it's right next to the headset port.)
Fourth, hold those buttons for a few seconds and release.
