Loco Roco 2
Pac-Man World 3
Fogger Helmet Chaos
I have played bothe Loco Roco games and they are definitely easy and fun to play, even for a teenager. They have pretty and simple animations and terrific vocals of singing children all throughout the game. that you might see from teletubbbies, or something. And bestly they only use 2 buttons; the left and right shoulder buttons!
while I'm not exactly sure about the pac-man and frogger, the Loco Roco series is certainly good fro small children.
But I don;t suggest the delicate system of a PSP for such a small child. A strong and durable Nintendo DS is more suitable for that age. And almost ALL DS games are for kids 12 and under. Might I add that a DS costs significantly less than a PSP
