According to Joystiq's "Instrument Compatibility Matrix v4.50", it depends on your system. If you have the Wii Rock Band drums (1 and 20, they will NOT work with World Tour. Otherwise, they WILL work (360 and PS3).

Yes, the Rock Band's drumset happens to be universal for all those types of games. You can use the Rock Band 1 drumset with Rock Band 2 and World Tour.

I'm speaking from a 360, personal perspective. I'm not sure about the PS3, just assumed.

According to several video games store assistants I have spoken with, the peripherals are only interchangeable for the Xbox 360. If you have a PS3 or Wii you will need to buy a new drum-set, guitar, mic set.

From personal experience, the Rock Band 1 drum set for the Playstation 2 works on Rock Band 2 and all the Track Packs, and Guitar Hero World Tour.
