The walkthrough you were looking at, Tomb Raider Underworld Walkthrough should give the locations of all the treasures and relics in the game.

If that doesn't help you, here's another guide I found that lists the locations of all the treasures.

There's no new content in Treasure Hunt mode. It's just a way for you to replay all the levels to pick up any treasure you may have missed. So the tunnels you're in are likely just an area you didn't notice before. In which case, the Mahalo walkthrough or the IGN walkthrough (which has pics) may be all you need. The only problem would be figuring out where exactly you are!

The way Treasure Hunt works is that you can select any level to begin from your PDA. The level will be the same as it was when you last left it; none of the puzzles are reset nor the enemies respawned. The only point to Treasure Hunt is to revisit the levels to get all the treasures/relics you missed while playing them, as well as one bonus costume you can use only in Mediterranean Sea. The Mahalo walkthrough has every thing you need to find the treasures/relics.
