Verizon Wireless Upgrade

I am near the end of a two year contract on verizon wireless, and I am a non-primary line. Based on this criteria, would I be eligible for an upgrade?

PS- If I am elegible, am I able to buy the storm at the $200 price point?
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Absolutely. It doesn't matter if you're the 3rd or 5th phone in a family plan, you get a new every two upgrade every two years. You can choose any phone in the verizon store and pay exactly the price on the sign (for 2 year contracts). If you stay with the company long enough, like I have, you'll get new every 1 deals. Good luck.

for your PS. If the Storm is being sold at 200 for a new 2 year contract, then yes, you can.

Yes of course! You are eligible for an upgrade at the end of every 2 year contract, no matter what type of contract it is. :) Of course you will able to get the Blackberry Storm. You will likely get it a cheaper price since it's your upgrade. :)

Eligibility for an upgrade is only obtainable if you contact Verizon directly at http://www.verizonwireless.com and see if you are eligible. Each upgrade is an independent offer and nobody can offer you that except the company directly as pertaining to legal exercise. I can't even advise you yes or no, or maybe. Some restrictions do probably apply. See offer for complete details. My statement is in no way representative of what Verizon may or may not do, nor designed to fit your merchantability to any particular purpose. In the event of a natural disaster, you may not have internet access and then may never know, so that too, is vindicative of my legal right that I can respond openly and without any recourse beyond any legal recourse of what you may have against me for voluntarily offering you an opinion.

Yes you would be eligible for an upgrade, however you may not be eligible for lower pricing. You might want to check out their online specials by going to their website.

Keep in mind that you have a lot of power as the customer. Even if you are told that you do not qualify for an upgrade you can normally get the deals anyways because Verizon makes their money on the monthly contract NOT on the hardware sales.

If you have any problems with the retail service not offering you the deals you feel you should get consider sending an email to Verizons CEO (lowell.mcadam@verizonwireless.com) explaining your disappointment, often times these kinds of emails are sent down to the regional level and dealt with right away.
