What's the best vegetarian recipe that calls for Savoy cabbage as opposed to regular cabbage? Is there a difference other than looks?

Couldn't resist the nice pretty patterns of the savoy cabbage leaves, now I don't know what to do with it. Help please.

Savoy cabbage is like ordinary cabbage, but with a milder flavor. It can often be used in place of green cabbage, and your dish will probably be the better for it.

Verza in tegame
Savoy Cabbage
An easy and simple recipe to go.

Ingredients:
------------------------
2 lbs. fresh wrinkly-skinned Savoy Cabbage
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
-----------------
1. Peel away the outer leaves of the cabbage and discard them. Then slice the rest of the cabbage into thin 1/4" strips.
2. Heat the garlic cloves in the oil in a large nonstick pan.
3. When the oil is hot add the cabbage and salt.
4. Mix often until the cabbage is thouroughly cooked.
5. Salt and pepper to taste.

Ginger and a tsp of lime juice can also be added .My family likes this way.
Any recipe with green cabbage also goes with this savoy cabbage variety.

Also good for presentation. I found savoy cabbage to be sweeter and firmer. It has textured leaves that hold a sauce well.
