Photos of victims at The Pentagon were presented at the Moussaoui trial. Any comments from Truthers?

Like are the remains of the workers of Pentagon or passengers?
How could an exploding (cruise)missile cause such burns?

The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press has a collection of all the evidence including photographs of charred remains, photos of the cockpit recorder, and other documents and images on their website.
