"What was the reason for the split terms?" "Did you choose not to run again after the first term or were you passed over for someone else?"
How many states will the United States end up with?
Right before his death, Oklahoma became a state. 4 years after his death New Mexico and Arizona became states. Alaska and Hawaii became states in 1959. It would just be interesting to see his viewpoint on how far past 46 states we would go or if he would mention ever 'expanding' into areas in which we don't have any states!

I just felt that we have the concept of 50 states in our mind but someone like Cleveland did not. Would be interesting in seeing how someone that had the scope of Presidency saw the growth of this country!
Say Grover, can you change this for me?
Why did you get married in the white house? I mean, she was 21 and you were like........49. Whoa. Robbin the cradle just a tad don't you think?
By that time it was a lot less common for an older man to wed a young girl. It was very common fifty years previously. However, even at that time, 21 years for a woman was perilously close to being "on the shelf."
I would ask why he felt it necessary to veto so many private pension bills for American Civil War veterans.
