Are there any presidents that have done more to help the Environment than George Bush?

Honestly I thought you were kidding (obviously i'm not a Bush fan). But i was able to find one positive thing that Bush did for the environment while in office. Why people think that one not-at-all-controversial-having-nothing-to-do-with-money decision Bush made in favor of the environment could classify him as having any significant positive effect on the earth is beyond me. But he did at least preserve some marine life.

That would be the other 43. Even Obama has managed it in just a few days by countering some Bush orders.
