I live in Wyoming so I have no direct knowledge of who is building the fence. You may be much closer or have better knowledge than I do, but I would assume, and hope, US citizens are working on the fence. If the government is knowingly hiring illegals for this it would be a huge scandal. A person could get their "15 minutes" relatively easily if they could prove this. The media would eat it up.
