Now that he doesn't have a particularly sympathetic president in the White House, I'd like to think yes. But he's probably only utilized a few of the many tricks up his sleeve to maintain the "absolute immunity" Mr. Bush awarded him last year.

Honestly, I hope I'm wrong and the Bush administration was, sure, maybe a little shifty here and there, but ultimately did nothing criminal. But, in your gut, doesn't it just feel like some heavy duty wrongdoing went down over the last eight years? I mean, realistically? And that we'll see guys like Rove ultimately go down for it?

I just kinda feel it coming...
