Do you use the PayPal mass pay feature? It is simple to use and might make processing easier for you.

M$No response on the payment issue. I'm really starting to get a little nervous--responses are so forthcoming by staff members on every other issue, but there are a lot of people who came to this site on MY WORD because I backed Mahalo and said they'd get paid, and I'm very nervous about this lack of communication about payment.
But i have this question if i may, I got presently 2 best answer in cunundrumland, supposed to be 6 mahalo dollars, but the amount is not registered in my mahalo balance. Can you tell what to do.

M$I already sent in the W9.
I'm trying really hard to be patient, but I requested my payment now 20 days ago. They had only 80 payments to make and they've had 20 days to do it.
No one has responded to my three questions about this so far to a staff member, here on this thread, and via email.
This is very concerning to me, because they are usually so very responsive to every other issue, so the lock-down on responding about payments makes me nervous.

M$I'm sorry to hear that! I still haven't received any payment yet, so I'm a little... nervous. I've put a lot of work in this month and my balance is high. I hate that the first payment is so late for me and everyone else seems to already be getting paid. It gets a little scary with all the work I've put in.
I'm sorry it was lower than you expected. It stinks when you're planning on more. I've been there.
No I was not over paid last month, I think I just messed up. Oh well, I will just try to save up other money.
You will only get 75% of the money showing in your account. Remember, a Mahalo Dollar = .75 cents. I haven't received any payment at all, so I don't know yet. Did you get a payment?
I believe that some payments this month were to be adjusted because of overpayments last month- perhaps you were one of those who were overpayed last month?
I know I am expecting a lower payment because of that this month.
Yes, I know.... but I could have swore that I cashed out at $132... I was so excited/upset because I just need a few more to get $100 which was perfect for what I owe on some bills. I only got $70. Sigh, I think I messed up on what I thought when i cashed out. Next time I will take a picture of the screen, just so I can remember what I cashed out.
@michelle depending on which options are chose on the payout, there may or may not be a fee charged to the recipient. There is not suppose to be a fee for payments owed transfers, so there should not be a fee charged to the recipients.
I agree. Mass payments are easy to put through on CSV through a spreadsheet... and it's super fast and they pay out the same day (if the money is in the bank or in the PP account. It also doesn't charge a fee to the receiver (right now, I understand Mahalo payments charge a fee to the recipient).
You may be right about PayPal charging for CC transfers, but Mahalo doesn't do that so that fee would not be applied. I'm surprised you didn't get your payment yet, but don't worry, you will get it. Sometimes they are just delayed a few days. If it still doesn't come after a while, send a message to @mike since he is in charge of the payments.
I'm pretty sure there is a fee on ALL options if the money is paid off a credit card.
Last month, @amybrowne had to pay PayPal fees on hers. It was the first time she had seen that with any site, so she questioned it. MASS payment or PayPal to PayPal are the only ways someone doesn't pay a fee that I'm aware of. Sometimes it's the recipient and sometimes it's the sender--but as far as I know, all CC and Bank transfers charge fees to someone, regardless of what option is select except mass and PP to PP.
I know many folks on my forum are anxiously awaiting our payments and are biting finger nails with the trust we've put into Mahalo. (keeping fingers cross)
Thanks for the response.
