Would you sign an online vigil?
On October 4th 4 local New Hampshire teens randomly selected a home in Mount Vernon NH and then entered with intent to kill. They used a machete and a folding knife to kill Kimberly Cates and gravely injured her 11 year old daughter Jamie. http://www.boston.com/news/local/breaking_news/2009/10/4_teens_arreste.html

I signed it. This was senseless. How do you protect yourself against this kind of crime. The randomness of it makes it impossible. I want to just go home and lock up my kids until they are adults. Yea like that will work. This is really scary to me.

Thank you for signing @catt969 Many folks in the state of New Hampshire are terrified as well. Mount Vernon is a super rural town where this "could never happen" and these events have more than a few people scared.
