Is there either a policy or regulation that precludes a psychologist from engaging in a relationship after discharge from a hospital?

I'm curious if intercourse makes a difference and if there is a timeframe the limitation is in place. For example, if the psychologist can't have a relationship, perhaps it is only for 2-years after release.
