U.S. Congress holds only 11% confidence with the nation. Is change coming in November or will voters be to disaffected to care?
Gallup poll is out showing the lowest charted confidence based on asking 1,020 people. Will this mean huge turnover for both sides? Just one? Does anyone care?

I think it can mean significant turn over but it is tough to tell.
I suspect many of those who do not trust Congress are disillusioned with politicians period. . . these are not the kind of people who go out and vote (I have friends who don't vote as they seriously believe all votes are rigged - so why bother). As november gets closer I am sure we will see more polls actually showing specific voter interest, but until then we can only speculate.
