The technical specs listed on the tv's page says it has a standard mini-phone stereo 3.5 mm input. Just plugging in a standard pc audio cable from the back of your computer, into that jack, will get the audio to the television. You can then do, as you said above, simply connecting the dvi port on the graphics card to a dvi->hdmi converter into your tv, gets the video across.
That would mean you need
1 standard mini-phone stereo 3.5 mm cable
1 DVI cable
1 HDMI cable
1 DVI-HDMI converter
Hope you get your tv set up and working. HD content from your computer's going to look great on it.

How Do I Hook Up My Computer to My TV via HDMI?
I want to hook up my computer to my 720p HDTV. My graphics card is an EVGA 9800GT, unfortunately it cannot carry audio over HDMI. http://tinyurl.com/c7upvb
What I want to do is use a DVI-HDMI adapter and then plug an HDMI cable into my TV. I also want to be able to use my TV's speakers instead of my computer's.
Since the graphics card will not carry audio over HDMI, I'm forced to go a different route. My graphics card has 2 DVI-D and 1 S-Video port (I would prefer not to hook up through S-Video). I'm also using integrated audio on a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R http://tinyurl.com/26peyc
What cables will I need to be able to hook up my computer to the above TV?
