You can download the torrents of the show Flash Forward and watch it using VLC player.

You can download the torrent from here (eztv)
http://eztv.it/shows/324/flashforward/

Then use a Torrent downloader to download the AVI file.

On a Mac use Vuze or Transmission to download it.

On a PC use BitTorrent or Limewire to download it.

Once the file is downloaded on that program it will be an AVI or MOV file.
Most players don't play AVI files.
The best player to use is VLC.

Then you can watch the downloaded AVI file by using VLC.

Actually you can get all of the previous episodes (except the first one which has dropped off the list) on the Channel 5 website. It works in a similar manner to iPlayer although annoyingly you have to 'sign up' and give them an email address in order to watch Flashforward as its 'not suitable' for young children.
