According to TV.com, the webisodes will be available on the SciFi.com website starting on December 12, 2008.

According Blend Television, season 4.5 will premiere on January 16, 2009 (although possibly earlier online). Slice of SciFi published that the webisodes will air beginning on January 15, 2008.
