Remember, Jack in the Box literally blew jack up before.

I think they're going to probably make commercials with him on life support etc.

Jack really did get popped by that bus, now he is going to end up in the hospital and we will see new commercials popping up here and there with him being in a coma and dreaming of being in a different year and trying to get back to 2009. Wait that sounds like Life on Mars!
