What and where was the diner on TV with the amazing pancakes the guy designs?

My boyfriend and I saw a short snippet of "Diner, Drive Ins, and Dives" where the host was at a diner that looked amazing. The owner/cook made the most incredible designs with pancakes, and ended the show by drawing a picture of the host IN PANCAKE that looked just like him.

We were at Costco at the time, and we missed where the diner is and what it is called. Can you figure it out for us or do you happen to remember/know?

I'm not sure which episode you mean, however I did find a complete list of everywhere Guy has been:

I also found a blog which mentioned this episode: http://sweetlifewithmary.com/2008/02/18/pancakes-of-love/ She might be able to help you with the name and location of the diner.

Thanks for the try. We'll see if Mary's family can tell me which episode it was! The list doesn't look easy to guess from -- the names are all pretty similar. I appreciate the help!
