How do I book the Stripper Method girls on a nationally broadcast TV or radio show to promote their new DVD?
The Stripper Method podcast features two former exotic dancers who are now your everyday mothers, housewives and business owners. They strive to improve the confidence and control of women worldwide as they show how to use the Stripper Method. Along the way they share stories of their past, teach proven stripper techniques and answer viewer questions and curiosities.
Their new DVD features their entire first season and is geared for a female audience though also has a male following.

If you are not already in touch with them, you need to first contact them.
strippermethod@vegasundressed.com is their e-mail address.
If you are in contact, or after you are, you can move onto the next step.
You then need to contact media. You are best off to start small and local, and try and work your way up. Talk Radio would be a good start, though I'm not sure a lot of hosts will be interested given the nature of their business. Any radio show known for being edgy would at least consider the possibility. You could also try FM stations, though any interview would likely be shorter than on AM.
Public Access Television can also be a good way to break into television. Developing a network of fans to sign up and air promotional tv shows, if you do them properly, might be a possibility.
Last, but not least, you can contact the big name television companies directly, but if you are going this route, it is probably best to put together a press release. For example:

If you want to take a somewhat different approach, and have the money to do it, you could always hire protesters to garner you media coverage, or take more extreme (but legal) methods of drawing media attention. Sometimes the best way to bring in support, is to encourage attack, and the media loves conflict. If you engineer a conflict, the media will be more likely to interview. You could also come up with other publicity stunts. Just look at what has been done in the past, and modify it to suit your circumstances.
Good luck!

I think the best way to do so would be with a viral video to draw attention from the mass media. The idea of the exstrippers seems good material for that.
Improves the confidence of women by teaching them stripper techniques? This goes out to all my girl friends!
I know someone who would love to have you on the show. Johnny Dare 816-576-7989. This show is 989 the rock. It is broadcast on 98.9 FM Kansas City and online and listened to nationally. His show is on 6-10 M-F.
Check it out www.989therock.com

Thanks for the contact info. We will contact him.
Sorry, my first answer didn't appear, which not only was the answer to your question but also to the greatest mysteries of the Universe. Getting attention from the mass media is expensive, but you can make a viral video using YouTube as a platform, since you seem to have enough material with the exstripper theme.
Johnny Dare would love to have you on the show. He is a big deal in Kansas City and his show is listened to online across the country. He has had a show from 6-10 M-F for over a decade. call 816-576-7989
Third time I try to answer this question:
1) make a viral video or
2) try to sell it to MTV or some other channel of that sort.

I don't need to know how to get in contact with Stripper Method. I want to know how to get them booked on a show.
maybe i'll help to put some advertisements on www.blabberstar.com ;)
Oprah has a page on her website with information on how to be a guest on her show. Since you "Strive to improve confidence and control of women worldwide" it sounds like the kind of thing that I would see on her show. I'd check into that. If you ended up on the Oprah show, that would be all the promotion you would need :)
this is their email address--hopefully it works

I wonder if this is a real question or if the person is just trying to promote DVD sales?
The question doesn't make much sense to me and it reads like an advertisement. Should we take this down?

This is a real question. It's up to you to reopen or not. If you want me to reword, I can but it doesn't appear to be editable any longer.
Shilling isn't allowed at ebay. I've noticed a lot of questions with URLs in them. (heck, i've asked one.) They might all be spam, they might all be honest questions. Besides, vegasundressed DID offer a huge tip. I say, for a C-note, maybe the community can tolerate some promotional questions.
This is the sort of thing that you guys will have to iron out over the next few weeks.
OH, and she has a good point about a 100 dollar tip. I'm sure she didn't want to award it to one "best" answer. There are at least 3 or 4 good answers that each could have received a portion of that 100, except the site isn't set up to do that.
