Artichoke bread sounds interesting. I am a big fan of fresh artichoke hearts and think they would make a fine bread ingredient. I might add a little Parmesan cheese to the dough to compliment the artichoke. I wonder if the recipe is for a sliced bread loaf or a baguette style bread, either way it sounds good.
