There is probably an entry in the registry called My Music. I wouldn't mess with the registry if you don't know what you are doing, but I am going to guess you know what your doing since you are testing out the Windows 7 RC (Start>Run>regedit)

Check here:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders

There is a REG_SZ value called My Music.

Solution found from source below, it says XP, but I would still try this solution.
"You might want to create a new folder in the proper place, but call it something else, perhaps just "Music", then modify the registry location under the Shell Folders subkey to use this modified name. Then, if you want still to call the folder "My Music", you can try renaming it and if necessary modifying the registry value."
