American Airlines, Air Tran or Jet Blue will be your best bets. SJU (Luis Munoz Marin International Airport) I believe is waiving certain fees over this summer which allows the airlines to provide cheaper fares. When planning the rest of your trip be sure to look into the a promotion by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company called the "Big Thrills, Small Bill". You can find it at http://www.gotopuertorico.com and it consist of a $200 instant credit on a 2 nights and above booked vacation, an additional night free, a $100 gift card to use in Puerto Rico, and a Tours Discount Coupons Booklet. It makes travelling to Puerto Rico really attractive right now but be sure to book the trip by June 30th and complete travel by December 20th 2009.
