Take a look at Club Med Kids' Club.

From their site:
Club Med baby welcome (0-23 mos.) Included in your package The little darlings feel right at home thanks to this service, included in your Package. Everything has been thought of as concerns the babies' comfort and the parents' well-being.

Baby Club Med (from 4 to 23 months) OPTIONAL EXTRA* Your babies are looked after in complete safety by enthusiastic G.Os. Educational activities, walks and a refreshing siesta before playing outdoor games. And of course, a tasty afternoon snack. Take a look at Beaches Resorts operated by Sandals in Turks & Caicos and Jamaica. When our kids were young, we visited FDR Resort in Jamaica who has nannies who will be with the kids all day including cooking meals and other fun stuff.
