Hehe crazy about your organic foods eh? Thats okay! Um.. well there are quite a few that are considered the "best". So how about I just give you some information and urls and you can check them out concerning "great sleeping" accommodations. For me, this is a 5 star hotel for others it might be a mat in the woods.
I will tell you ahead of time, there is a REALLY great site you can check out for green hotels and such:

Chez Sven is a one of those places that give one hope that the world's great places might yet be experienced but not despoiled--part of the promise of ecotourism. If all Cape Cod B&Bs were operated like this one --with a serious understanding of and real concern for their environmental impact-- the pressure on the fragile ecosystem there would be greatly reduced. As ecologists, my wife and I make our vacation plans with these concerns in mind. We spent almost a week at Chez Sven last year, and over this past winter made reservations to return for another week this year.

A wonderful place to stay, very much enjoyed the size of the rooms as well as the individual balcony and the huge lawn our room overlooked. Each room is environmentally friendly from the solid woodwork everywhere right down to the ceramic tub in the bath! I have MCS which is pretty acute yet and I had no problems here. The food was nutritious and well presented and I was surprised that the innkeeper could find things to serve Even On My Diet! Sheri is incredible -- educated and knowledgeable about health as well as many specific illnesses. She was friendly, accommodating, helpful in finding things to do in the area and an excellent defender when chemicals presented a problem during my stay. She communicated and effectively removed the perfume and hair products issue--my greatest sympathies to her as I know this caused her much illness herself later. I had not been able to travel til I found this inn and I had the most pleasant stay and a very enjoyable time in this charming little bay city at the beginning of Door County. Many thanks to Sheri for providing a safe haven -- and highest praise given to the cleanliness, decor and comfort of this bed & breakfast.
