Next Question
Depending on your interests, I suggest the following things... I live here and these are some of my favourite things to do.
If you like exploring new and interesting neighbourhoods, I recommend checking out one of these spots:
Kensington Market/China Town - full of cute cafes, health food stores, cheap restaurants, and the last sunday of every month they close it down to cars so it's pedestrian only.

Queen Street West, starting from about University Avenue, is great for shopping. The further west you go, the more unique and interesting the stores get. The best bars and restaurants require you to go a few blocks west of Bathurst. Eventually you'll hit Trinity Bellwoods Park which is a nice place to relax, get some shade and just hang out.
The Distillery District is a nice way to spend an afternoon, it's a pedestrian only area full of little galleries, artist's workshops, cute cafes, Soma (an amazing little chocolate shop) and Mill Street Brewery which provides free tasting of their beer (it's very good beer, with some very unique types like coffee porter).

If you like art, definitely check out the Art Gallery of Ontario.
