The best definition of architecture for the church and the lower vestry house, I would say it falls under the Georgian style, with Nicholas Hawksmoor as the architect.
The land where the church was built was a very narrow strip in a North-South direction surrounded by tall buildings. This went against the ideas of the times where churches were to be built in an East-West direction.

If you want to know about St George's, they have an excellent website. You can even take a guided tour online. There are plenty of images on the site and links to further reading. I believe the architectural style is Baroque, but I'm willing to be told otherwise. Link attached.
