What does it take to visit Tibet? Who gives Visa? China? Is it easy to get a visa? What are the restrictions?

If one can visit Tibet, what is a good time of the year to visit?

youcan travel to tibet from the 5th of April, but you have to get a tibet visa in China. This china visa blog should help
