If you're starting your trip from the States, you can begin your trip in Maine and visit the lighthouses, then fly off to Morocco!

But if you are not beginning your trip from the States, my first choice would have to be Morocco.
No visit to Morocco would be complete without seeing Marrakech. It has one of the biggest outdoor markets in the Middle East.

If those are my 3 travel choices, I would select Morocco, as it's the most different from what I'm used to. Maine doesn't seem like there would be much to do, and I had never heard of Tofino until I looked it up after reading your question.
none of the above.
Rocky Mountains above Boulder Colorado or Mt. Rainier :)

If you're in the states, I'd probably o to Maine, as you'll waste less of your vacation traveling. You can pan for gold in the Western mountains, see the first sunset in the U.S. from Cadillac mountain, eat fresh lobster (The Cabbage Island clambake is my favorite), take in a ball game at Hadlock Field, shop for antiques, and enjoy fine dining and art museums in Portland. For wildlife, you can see both moose and whales.
Great place!
