Take a lot of money with you. If that is organized you can visit:
Monte-Carlo Casino (SBM)
Fort Antoine Theater
Louis II Stadium
Oceanographic Museum and Aquarium
Place du Palais

You can of course just get drunk, tan, go to the disco and gamble.
