I would recommend "The Best of Tuscany Tour." You will get to go to a lot of good places and it is very highly rated by the people who went on the tour.
You get to see the following: Siena, a local farm, San Gimignano and Pisa, taste wine. You can do some independent touring of other towns before or after, such as Volterra and Lucca, but the tour will give you an idea for other sights to see as you please.
