You should contact the nearest Canadian embassy, high commission or consulate for information. A list can be found here http://www.cic.gc.ca/ENGLISH/information/offices/missions.asp There are a number of different options for Canadian work visa's, if you want to immigrate you can find what options you have here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp
