Eat Hatch, New Mexico Green chilies at every place you can find them. They are great on eggs, french fries, burgers, and pretty much anything. (cheap, but so good they are worth spending money on)
Drive up to the Sandia Mountains and enjoy the view (free, except for gas).
Walk around Old Town (free unless you buy stuff).
When you are done with all of that, go somewhere and eat more Hatch green chilies. :)
