Can anyone recommend mid-range/budget St. Lucia hotels with internet? Rodney Bay or Soufriere would be ideal.

You can find small hotels and guesthouses for St. Lucia on this link. Major hotels are not listed because they are easy to find. The guesthouses are hidden gems. Check back regularly because of updates.

Try www.windjammer-landing.com .. St. Lucia is expensive overall so I'd call this mid-range.
