As in personally? I'm familiar with Aishwarya Rai & John Abraham, but I've never met them. Bollywoodgate.com is a good place to start if you are interested in getting into Bollywood movies. Netflix also has a lot of movies from India as well (though not all: I'm still waiting for Devdas). Oddly enough, if you look specifically at the "Bollywood" genre, you only get 5 pages of movies, but if you sort foreign movies by country, there are 73 pages of movies from India.
I only recently got into Bollywood movies (about a year or so ago), so I'm sure there are others who are far more well versed than I am. Even more, I'm probably not answering the question you had in mind. Silly 140 character limit.
