According to the official site:

"...Just visit the Broadway Tickets http://www.tonyawards.com/en_US/interactive/tickets/index.html page on this site for direct, real-time ticketing from the shows’ official box office service. To purchase tickets after the awards ceremony, log on to ILoveNYTheater http://www.ILoveNYTheater.com and select your show."

And also,

"Tickets to the American Theatre Wing’s 63rd Annual Tony Awards® ceremony at Radio City Music Hall® will be available for purchase here at TonyAwards.com on Tuesday, May 5th at 9:00 a.m."

"... Tickets will be priced at $404.50 and $204.50. Visa is the exclusive card accepted at the Tony Awards."

Alternatively, you can purchase them from www.ticketluck.com and www.stubhub.com
