September 7, 2009 is Labor Day in the United States, and is the last day of the California State Fair, Worldskills in Canada, Dragon*Con in Atlanta and Cinecon in Hollywood. Labor Day is celebrated with parades, and many local festivals like the Annual Catfish Festival in Kingsland and Art in the Park in Marietta and the Telluride Film Festival

Well, actually there is just too much going on to put all that in just one paragraph. I am absolutely not complete with this paragraph, as there are zillions of festivals, fairs, parades etc. planned. I think I should have just used the suggestion by @robbrown: 'Coming soon...' ..
