I had 3 major problems when I ordered the cards for my Tivo:
1. The person taking the order had no idea what I was talking about, they sent me 2 cable boxes.
2. A few weeks later I finally got the cards, one was DOA
3. The tech that came to my house only set up one of the two correctly. But the tech support on the phone was very good and was able to fix it remotely.
Painful to go through, but so worth it, the DVR from the cable company was complete crap.
