Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Hey, if you want a lot of great workouts, go to http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/workoutdatabase.htm
They will basically allow to customize what type of workout you want to do according to your experience level, goals, and time you have per week. For example, figure you can do 3 workouts a week, your main goal is to build muscle/lose fat, and you want full body workouts, but you dont care about the number of exercises in each workout and you think you can do 18-21 sets in a workout, you would put all that information into each of the boxes (they go in that order). So then, you click "Submit Query" and it gives the following results:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/workout.php?days=%3D+3&goal=Build+Muscle&type=Full+Body&exercisenumber=&sets=BETWEEN+18+AND+21&order=days&checked=YES

Now, you can see the first result is for intermediates (Early Intermediate Specialization Routine), and the second one is for people that are brand new to bodybuilding (TOTAL Beginner Program #3). So, you would probably want the second one (though there are another 5 workouts to look at, which you might wish to do). Most of these exercise routines will be excellent and have a great deal of good exercises on them, so I can highly recommend this took. Good luck :-)

Maybe this might sound lame. I used billys bootcamp and that work out will kick your butt. Give that a try.

The type of workout depends a bit on what you are trying to accomplish. Are you training for a particular sport? Are you training to build muscle mass? To tone? To lose weight? In general, you will want a few days a week of some cardiovascular activity (30 minutes) and a few days of strength training and a couple days off for the body to recouperate. This general guideline changes depending on what your fitness goals are, as I stated in the first few questions.
