You might want to check out job listings for a "quality assurance tester" aka game tester. Also, you may want to attend a gaming event and speak with staff of these game development companies to create relationships with them.
Also, you have to actually live in the state where these games are being tested, more often than not! For some reason (I think it has to do with voice actors), some of the big names in video games have their offices in California.
