There is a sauce called Vodka sauce. It reminds me of a bisque. What's in it?
In this photo, the large pot of vodka sauce looks like a pot of bisque to me!

1 cup of Vodka,
1 diced onion.
2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes,
1/2 cup of butter,
1 pint double cream.
Salt and pepper
Cook the onions in the butter on a medium heat until they are soft and just start to turn brown,
Pour in the Vodka and cook for 5 mins stirring occasionally,
Mix in the tomatoes and cook for about 20 mins,
Pour in the cream, season and cook for another 5 mins stirring from time to time.Simmer, don't boil.
Definitely not for the calorie conscious, but sounds great! Good luck!
Here's a few sites to give you some more versions of it.

M$Here's an easy recipe for my:
Spicy Pasta Ala Vodka:
1 package bulk spicy sausage
1 pint grape tomatoes (sliced in half)
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup crystal beef broth
1 cup half and half
½ cup vodka
Penne Pasta noodles
In a frying pan sauté the sausage and pour off the excess grease. Deglaze your pan with the vodka and add the tomatoes and broth. Cook for 30 minutes on medium heat. Add your cream and stir then stir in your cheese. Cook on low heat while you boil your noodle according to package directions. Combine sauce and noodles and serve with extra cheese.
