The worlds best breakfast cereal? What's yours?

My breakfast cereal consists of 1 part crunchy nut cornflakes 1 part nutrigrain and 1 part coco pops despite being no doubt quite unhealthy for me, it is the breakfast cereal that I call ''the worlds best''. (please realise these may be australian names for international products - I apologise)

What is your absolute favorite, yet wierd, breakfast cereal? most interesting and out there answers get tips!

Cocoa Pebbles is also my best cereal that goes well with soymilk. It's perfect with vanilla-flavored soymilk!

I have become a real fan of Quaker oatmeal lately.

This is my latest favorite recipe;
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of Quaker Oats oatmeal
3 tablespoons Cinnamon
2 ounces of Almonds, coarsely chopped
3 Turkish dried figs coarsely chopped.

I am a very big fan of the most important meal of the day and in all of my experimenting with new foods and recipes for breakfast this oatmeal recipe has proven to hit all of the marks; taste, lasting energy, "full" feeling, and necessary nutrition. This recipe has really relighted my love of cereal and turned me over from the good but getting boring toast and fruit breakfasts of my previous to this recent first meals.

I'm not a cold cereal & milk fan; I have 2"go-to" hot cereals One is Quaker Raisin Date & Walnut Oatmeal, I add about a1tsp of nondairy creamer to mine.

And then my other is Cream of Wheat, great with a little sweetener, banana, strawberries, or blueberries, cream and butter.

Regular old Cap N Crunch was my child hood favorite, from time to time i sneak a bowl in late at night.

My non guilty choice would be grape nuts. Most people say they are bland but i love em, and really any old brand will do. It's an "adult" cereal that i don't feel bad about eating, but if were just talking taste, I'm voting for the Cap'N to Crunchitize me.

I just choose a granola that I get at the co-op in bulk. I love granola with pecans and honey (no raisins), or coconut and other dried fruit. It's equally important to have good milk. I like Radiance Dairy milk, which luckily is made within 10 miles of me. Organic from happy grass fed cows: http://www.cornucopia.org/dairysurvey/FarmID_80.html

As a fellow Aussie I'm going with corn flakes. The normal corn flakes not cruchy nut ( they are delicious but sometimes a bit too sugary for my tastes ).

Nope, its hard to pass up a bowl of corn flakes with cold milk and a smattering of sugar. Breakfast lunch or dinner I'll have a bowl any time of the day or night. In winter I might use hot milk just to be warm but its not so nice on the flakes, makes them go soggy. Still taste good but not as good as crunchy and fresh....

I absolutely love cornflakes sprinkled in my morning coffee with a touch of cinnamon! Sooooo good! They even look happy (or corny) floating on top the coffee. Great way to start the day :) and an easy "to go" breakfast!

Cheerios, they come in a variety of different flavors, and you're eating a bunch of tiny tubs. The texture of Cheerios is nice. Here's me holding up a few boxes of Cheerios. Mix the Cheerios together and you've got an interesting cereal combination. I'd have to go with the Fruity Cheerios, and mix them with Honey Nut Cheerios.

What I prefer and consider world's best breakfast cereal may actually be the best in terms of nutritive values and taste.

While a large part of the world depends on highly processed ready-made packed products for their breakfast, some people still prefer hand made breakfast and I am one of them.

My favourite is hand-made and home baked whole-wheat bread (thin round shaped sheets of dough baked on preheated thick & flat iron or steel plates), with jaggery and milk. Just try it and let me know. The smell of fresh bread is sure to drive you crazy. It is my all time favourite. In winter, I like to have a few date-palms with that and in summer, some slices of fresh ripe mangoes or two bananas.

I don't like non-veg items in breakfast.
It is very healthy, natural, nutritious and contains a lot of fiber.

Just try it and I am sure you'll like it.

I love Weetabix as you can add anything to it...it has no taste (well not much anyway), and it kind of dissolves so it becomes soft. I love it with fresh fruits....very yummy. No sugar needed. Although my other family members say it tastes like dried cardboard meshed up with milk. Hahaha. They once told me I'm the only living fan of Weetabix. But that can't be right as there's so much sold of it here! :)

Sugar Smacks was my favorite, which was what they were called before Kellogg's ruined them in an effort to make them healthier. They went to Honey Smacks and then just Smacks, but they don't taste the same.
