The TSA: our protectors or the down fall of civil aviation as we know it?
The TSA, or Transportation Security Board, was created just after the savage attacks on September 11th. It is responsible for all transportation safety in the United States; most notably for air travel. Recently, I was flying out of Atlanta at the busiest airport in the world. I expected top notch security just to find that most of the TSA workers were no more competent that your average Wendy's employee. Don't get me wrong, the TSA has a very hard task, but it seems that currently they cannot handle it. All it takes is one more major attack to scare everyone out of flying on airlines, and shutting down the once revered airlines. So, do you think the TSA can really protect us from another attack?
