Well there are two ways to answer this.
Persistence is great if it does not annoy the party at the other end. If however, you are constantly persisting then the annoyance will lead to ignorance. It is a very delicate matter....and can only be answered when a situation is put forward.
For example: Sales people are persistent...but can get annoying. Telermarketers are persistent and are VERY annoying...since they refuse to let go and take NO for an answer.

My persistancy have been in uncovering things and to get the info out. Apparently it is somewhat working when the site and my flick have finally got attention for what it really is.
