The other day a young man got stopped which is Spanish..he was on his way to work..reason for stop he had a pare of praying hands on his car
..police stated that was a symbol of drugs transporting on highways.
This young man's brother is legal and had put in the papers for his brother.
The young man told the truth..they took him to Homeland Security in St. Louis, Mo... they saw he had know record and let him go with in two hours.
They tore his car apart and had it towed even broke a few things. They realized his symbol was the true meaning standing for God the praying hands.
He got know ticket for anything from the police
but had to pay to get his car back.
But the question is, he has to appear in court because of not being legal and facing being sent back.
My question is? Could someone give a good immigration attorney that does not charge a arm and leg?
Also has anyone had this happen to them and can suggest what will happen at court when he goes?
