The grout around the edge of my bathtub always gets mildewed. Is there a caulking compound that is mildew proof that anyone can recommend?

I can clean the mildew off by soaking a paper towel with toilet bowl cleaner gel and applying overnight, but I would like to replace the caulking with something that prevents the mildew from growing in the first place. It seems that such caulking was available many years ago, but perhaps it is now considered environmentally unsafe to use.

I found a product that claims 5 yrs of a mold free caulk. It is Polyseamseal.

Here is the site I saw it on.

My second bit of info is to be sure it is bathroom shower caulk. Also it MUST contain Micro-ban.
Hope this helps.
