What are the best hotels in Beijing?

Please define 'Best'.
If you're going for a holiday, I would like to advise you to book one of the hotels in the local 'hutongs', which will allow you to really emerge yourself in Chinas way of life. The hotels aren't extremely well, but their location really makes up for that.
If you want more comfort, check the Hilton Beijing Hotel (1 Dong Fang, North Dong Sanhuan Rd, China, 100027),
Kempinski Beijing Lufthansa Center (kempinski-beijing.com), or Hotel Kunlun (hotelkunlun.com). Both are fine choices, not far from the center of Beijing, but allowing you to avoid the busiest streets.
